Meet Our Team

  • Clare Fragomeni, ALMFT

Many of us struggle with difficulties in relationships, complicated grief, and messy life circumstances. My aim is to empower you to navigate these stressful feelings and experiences with courage and resilience.

In my work with clients we move to acknowledge old wounds, foster self-compassion, and develop secure, loving connections. Whether you’re navigating relationship difficulties, seeking to heal from hardship, or simply wishing to deepen self-understanding, our work together can open the door to lasting change. I believe that you can learn to honor your pain the way no one else can.

Outside of therapy you can find me enjoying simple things such as making a good cup of coffee, arranging some wild blooms or hosting friends and family.

  • Kelsey Madaj, Founder & LMFT

I find that it is so easy to get stuck in patterns in our relationships that just don’t feel good or are even causing harm & distress; even in our relationship with ourself. Being present to yourself, healing from emotional wounds created yesterday or 25 years ago, and whatever else feels important for you to bring will be held with care.

Outside of therapy, I love soaking up every minute with my two kids and my husband. Our family loves to play and spend time outdoors. A good cup of coffee (…er usually a cold cup of coffee), a mystery novel, and time in my garden are all signs of a full day.

    Childhood emotional neglect
    Grief & Loss
    Infertility
    Motherhood
