Sometimes you don’t need trauma therapy — you need space to process, reflect, and integrate your story into who you’re becoming.

Coaching in this area focuses on:

  • Making meaning of your birth experience

  • Identifying how it shaped you

  • Reclaiming confidence in your body and voice

  • Moving forward with strength rather than avoidance

  • Preparing emotionally for future births (if desired)

If clinical trauma treatment is needed, therapy is the appropriate service. Coaching supports forward growth once you are emotionally stable and ready to build from the experience

    Our team of therapists will join you as you work through and find healing from things like anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma recovery, grief and loss, burnout, sexual addiction, and disordered eating.

  • Couples Counseling

    Are you facing a challenge in your relationship or have you noticed that the conflict between you and your partner has increased? Do you find yourself thinking, “I wish we could connect again like we used to.”?

    Our trained therapists specialize in relational distress, reconnecting, healing after trust violations, sexual addictions, and preparing for marriage.

    We will come alongside you and your family as you navigate challenges and successes. Whether you find your family needing to heal after a divorce, connect as a blended family, or work through the many transitions and changes that life brings, we are here to help.
