Insurance Information

Grove Counseling is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and United Healthcare (Optum). Insurance typically covers individual, couples, and family therapy. Your insurance plan will determine your deductible, copay and/or coinsurance.

We accept:

- BCBS PPO and Blue Choice Plans. 

- Anthem BCBS PPO

- United Healthcare plans

- UMR

- Self-pay

We can verify your insurance benefits, and provide you an estimate of the cost for your sessions.  To do this we will need your insurance information - Name, Date of Birth, Insurance ID number. 

We value conversation and sometimes the phone can be an easier way to communicate this information! Please give us a call if you would like us to verify your insurance benefits before your first session.
